The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, is a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury, which regulates and collects taxes on trade and imports of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms within the United States.

ATF's Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Programs purpose is to target, identify, and dismantle criminal enterprises with ties to violent crime, that traffic illicit liquor or contraband tobacco in interstate commerce; seize and deny their access to assets and funds; and prevent their encroachment into the legitimate alcohol or tobacco industry.

Wine Institute is the public policy advocacy association of California wineries. Wine Institute brings together the resources of 1,000 wineries and affiliated businesses to support legislative and regulatory advocacy, international market development, media relations, scientific research, and education programs that benefit the entire California wine industry.

A non-profit association of grapegrowers, producers, importers, wholesalers, retailers, restaurateurs, and others in the wine industry, with a mission of expanding the wine industry's consumer base in the US through mass media outreach to adult consumers.

The California Association of Winegrape Growers (CAWG) began more than 40 years ago when a small group of winegrape growers concerned about establishing fair prices for grapes established the Wine Grape Bargaining Association. Until that time, winegrape growers did not have a statewide organization to focus exclusively on issues affecting their livelihood like other specialty crops did.
